Terms of Service

Service terms.

 These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the TASKERS platform by customers. By booking a service through TASKERS, you agree to these legally binding Terms.

Services Provided

 TASKERS provides light physical household assistance only. TASKERS does not provide medical care, financial services, pet handling, driving services, heavy multi-person lifting, or any services beyond those expressly described in the platform. 

Payment Terms

 All services must be paid in full through the TASKERS platform prior to service. Taskers are prohibited from accepting cash or off-platform payments. Pricing is clearly displayed in-app and is non-negotiable. 

Cancellations

 If a customer cancels within three (3) minutes of Tasker acceptance, no cancellation fee applies. Cancellations occurring after three (3) minutes of acceptance may incur a $15.00 cancellation fee. 

Customer Responsibilities

 Customers must provide accurate service descriptions, safe working conditions, and clear access to service areas. Customers must not request prohibited services. 

Limitation of Liability

 TASKERS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question. 

Dispute Resolution

 All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration. Customers waive the right to participate in class actions. 

Right to Refuse Service

 TASKERS reserves the right to refuse or terminate service for safety concerns, policy violations, or misuse of the platform. 

Modifications

 TASKERS may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
