By booking a service through TASKERS, you agree to receive SMS notifications to the phone number provided at checkout. The messages will be sent to keep you informed about your task status. You may contact support to opt out, though this may limit your ability to receive real-time updates. For Taskers or applicants, we may also collect identification details, background check results, drug screening status, work history, ratings, and other information reasonably necessary to operate the platform safely and responsibly.
We may also automatically collect certain technical and usage information when you interact with TASKERS. This may include device type, browser type, IP address, approximate location, operating system, pages visited, session activity, and analytics data. We may use cookies and similar technologies to improve website functionality, understand user behavior, enhance performance, and remember preferences.

To help promote safety, accountability, and service quality, TASKERS may require before-service and after-service photographs, timestamped service records, location-based arrival confirmations, PIN verification codes, and customer support logs or call recordings where legally permitted. Payments made through TASKERS are processed by trusted third-party providers such as Stripe. TASKERS does not store complete credit card numbers on its own systems. Payment information is handled according to the privacy and security policies of the payment processor.
